Targeting third-party decision-makers is critical, yet 88% indicated that they are struggling with marketing to those audiences.
Senior living marketers believe that online research will be the top driver of census growth in 2023, yet nearly 45% of respondents indicated they are only somewhat confident in their company’s ability to market to prospects online.
