Compassus provides primarily Medicare-certified home health and hospice care to patients nationwide, including home infusion and palliative care services. Some states where Compassus offers their services include Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. However, their corporate office is in Nashville, Tennessee.

Their team of clinicians includes registered nurses (RNs), physical therapists (PTs), and certified nurse aides (CNAs). Compassus also has chaplains available to provide spiritual care and support. The brand’s promise is “Care for who I am,” which reflects the brand’s unique care-delivery model. The team focuses on each person as an individual and a patient to improve their quality of life in a meaningful way.

In early 2023, Compassus came to Dreamscape Marketing for a total relaunch of the brand’s site. The goal was to ensure the website was patient-focused, easy to navigate, and highlighted the brand’s unique approach to care. Compassus partnered with Dreamscape’s development team to create a custom bespoke location finder so users can easily find the closest location able to service their needs. Users can filter locations by services provided as well. In addition to this, the Compassus website has a large, friendly look and feel with full-motion video, persistent iconographic background elements throughout the homepage, and large, easy-to-read typography in order for users to easily find the information they’re looking for when searching for hospice care services. Despite these complex features and designs, a user will have the same user journey on both desktop and mobile.

Compassus saw an overall increase in traffic directly attributed to the relaunch through content updates and strategic placements. Direct traffic grew by over 100% after the relaunch of Compassus. We saw healthier bounce and conversion rates due to content changes and call-to-action placements.

With Dreamscape Marketing’s help, Compassus was able to reach a larger target audience and make a positive impact on the families they serve.
